Phases in a Headnunting

Creating Position and Candidate Specification 

Client drafts a description of responsibilities, and objectives, core competencies, preferred experience, and required soft skills. Draft has to be discussed by relevant stakeholders to calibrate client´s demand. When final document approved we can set up search strategy.

Setting Search Strategy 

Based on position´s requirements we set the right strategy to reach best candidates. We use online tools, but we can search in our own database of candidates.

Searching 

When perspective candidate identified, J&M verify candidate´s motivation to look for new challenges in new company. It´s necessarily s to determine whether candidate meet the primary requirements of the role and gathers details on the candidate’s motivations.
Then it is time to schedule in-depth interviews.

Interview

The consultant interviews and evaluates top prospective candidates in a deep-dive interview that steps through the career history. When candidate meet requirements its time to move to next step.

Presenting Candidates 

Working closely with the client J&M presents candidates. When candidates are approved, client-candidate meetings are then scheduled.

Decision

When a final candidate is selected, client, candidate and consultant need to work closely to conclude all details in the offer.

Closing the Candidate and Search 

The candidate accepts the offer agreeing to join the company. Then search has been successfully closed.
